Training Plans

There's something for everyone to help get you moving

Training plans to get you started or inspire you to your next goal

When you are not too sure how to get somewhere, you reach for a map to navigate your way. When you are not too sure how to get somewhere as a runner, you reach for a training plan to get there safely.

If you are looking to improve in running, a training plan will definitely be useful for you whether your goal is to increase your distance or reduce your time. Understand your motivation and why you are building a structured approach whilst avoiding injuries, not increasing the mileage too fast so you test and measure your progress.
