When you become a member of, or renew your membership with FRC you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data please contact England Athletics email: dataprotection@englandathletics.org.

As a member of Faversham Running Club, it is your responsibility to inform the club secretary of any change in your medical conditions.

Your membership will be revoked for infringement of club rules.

It is each members’ responsibility to advise the club secretary in writing if you do not consent to your photograph being taken for any publication including social media pages.

Resignation from the club must be sent to frcclubsecretary@hotmail.com. Members are liable for outstanding subscriptions when they resign.
